Charles Schelle

Charles Schelle is the lead social media specialist for the University of Maryland, Baltimore. He has held various roles in his career as a journalist, web producer, and media relations professional. In his spare time, you'll find him in net playing goalie in the local adult hockey leagues, conquering his bucket list of seeing a game at every NHL arena, or visiting parks with his dog, Gizmo. He was born in Hagerstown, Md.

Dana Rampolla

Dana Rampolla is the director of integrated marketing for the Office of Communications and Public Affairs at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She is also the Creative Director/Managing Editor of 1807: An Art and Literary Journal. In addition to her roles in marketing and event coordination in higher ed, private sector business, and the medical field, she’s spent most of her adult life behind the camera as a family portrait photographer. She’s currently embracing a new chapter in life carving out more quality time with her husband, and being on the “sidelines” watching their five children “adulting."

Michael Allen, MSW '03

Michael Allen, MSW '03, is the Chief Executive Officer of Therapeutic Connections, where is responsible for the day-to-day operations. He manages all intakes, markets and networks with referral sources, and manages all the billing and fiscal responsibilities. He is also the chairman of the University of Maryland School of Social Work Alumni Board.

Ret. Maj. Gen. Peggy C. Wilmoth, PhD, MSS, MS’ 79, BSN ‘75, FAAN

Margaret "Peggy" C. Wilmoth is a professor at the School of Nursing, UNC Chapel Hill. She joined the faculty of the School of Nursing at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, in August 2017 as the inaugural Executive Vice Dean and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. She also served as Interim Dean and inaugural dean of the Byrdine F. Lewis School of Nursing and Health Professions. 

Wilmoth had a concurrent career in the U.S. Army Reserve, where she commanded units of various size and complexity, including serving as the first nurse and female commanding general of a medical brigade with responsibility for wartime readiness of all the US Army Reserve medical assets in the Southeastern U.S., including Puerto Rico. She was promoted to Major General and assigned to the Office of the Surgeon General, where she served as the Deputy Surgeon General for the Army Reserve.

She is an alumna of the University of Maryland School of Nursing (BSN '75, MS '79).

Tamika Tremaglio, JD, MBA

Tamika L. Tremaglio is the managing partner of TA Sports Ventures, providing strategic advice to sovereigns, private sector, venture, and sports organizations seeking to optimize their global strategies in sports.

She served as executive director of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) from January 2022 to November 2023, when the NBPA completed a Collective Bargaining Agreement in under 18 months, with a potential $50 billion  increase in salaries and benefits over the 7-year term.

Prior to joining the NBPA, Tremaglio served as the managing principal for Deloitte’s Greater Washington offices where she managed over 15,000 professionals across 17 offices that provided market-leading audit, tax, advisory, and consulting services. 

Tremaglio earned her BA from Mount St. Mary’s University in business and finance in 1992. She received her JD from Maryland Carey Law in 1995 and an MBA from the University of Baltimore in 1995.
